I have a biochemistry degree but fortunately I did not pursue this as a career! Instead, shortly after leaving UCL, I made a sample voice tape on my parents stereo and sent it to the BBC. I wasn’t expecting much of a response...

But some months later I got a call and the result was several stints on the Radio Drama Company. Since then

I have acted in over three hundred radio plays, numerous stage productions, many TV commercials and several TV programmes.

My work has also encompassed many voice-overs...
